There is a Room Tax of 11.5% for any tenant renting from 1-28 nights
Utilities and Services rates:
There is a one time cleaning fee of $200
Tenant is responsible for any international calls made
Tenant is responsible for gas and electric in excess of $175 for weekly rentals and $750 for monthly rentals
To hold a reservation: 40% of the entire rental
Balance Rent, Security Deposit ($2500.00), and Cleaning Fee ($200.00) due 60 days prior to occupancy
